Go MEAT!

It rained all weekend so I spent Sunday in the kitchen rather than outside on my patio. I had to cook my ribs low and slow in the oven, along with cream cheese stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon and sugar beans. Cooking ribs inside proved to be VERY tasty!

I always do my ribs in the oven (pause for shocked gasps and dirty looks from other readers), I find they're more consistent in texture and taste that way. I boil them for 30 minutes and then put them in BBQ sauce in the oven at 350˚F for 3 hours and they fall off the bone.
