Fall Baptism Brunch for the Carters.

I was so happy when my friend Kelli Lane told me about a friend of hers who was having a Baptism Brunch for her baby boy, Mac. This was one of my first large parties. I planned for this brunch for weeks. I bought all new serving pieces. Tested different quiche ideas. The brunch was for 35 people. Not only did I make a fabulous meal, I also decorated the table, set up the food and left the rest to the Carters. The menu was Southern Hashbrown Casserole, Spinach and Bacon Quiche, Swiss and Sausage Quiche, Garlic Cheese Grits, Crunchy Sausage Balls, Assorted Fruit with Poppy Seed Dressing, and French Toast Casserole. The rumor was that the French Toast Casserole was most everyones favorite!
